You can book a location for up to 4 hours.
(Sunset has become an event favorite)
  2 to 10 Guests $ 250  
  11 to 25 Guests $ 500  
  26 to 50 Guests $ 1,000  
  51 to 75 Guests $ 1,500  
  76 to 100 Guests $ 2,000  


There is a maximum occupancy of 100 guests.
A 50% deposit is required to book an event, and is Non Refundable. Quoted pricing may be different due to special circumstances. Pricing subject to change without notice except in signed contracts.
